A comprehensive case submission with clinical data, images, and documented outcomes. Ideal if you have the charts and photos to back it up.

Case studies with clinical data may include test results, before and after photos etc. If you prefer, you may instead write your case following the same guidelines in a text document, and then attach your file or email it to [email protected].
